Brian’s background spans digital marketing, leadership in the insurance and technology industries, operations, and manufacturing.
Across very different environments, the approach has been consistent: understand the system, question assumptions, identify what is not working, test practical improvements, and make the result usable.
That operator mindset shapes how iWasGonna approaches AI. We aren’t interested in adding technology simply because it’s new. We’re interested in whether it makes the work better.

Review agreed evidence and representative work. Identify what can be observed, what has been reported, what is working, what is failing, and what cannot yet be confirmed.
Recommend
Turn the findings into practical priorities. Recommendations should explain what needs attention, why it matters, and what action is appropriate.
Implement & Train
When separately scoped, turn approved recommendations into usable workflows, instructions, supporting materials, or customized training.
Validate & Improve
Check the result against representative work and agreed expectations. Determine what improved, what remains unresolved, and whether another change is justified.
AI Workflow Assessment
When an assessment is the right starting point, we examine one defined business workflow: how the work happens today, where AI fits, which evidence is available, what people need to review, and which changes are worth considering.
You receive documented findings and prioritized next steps. The assessment does not include production implementation, and you can act on the recommendations independently. Other starting points may include tool-selection advice or separately scoped implementation assistance and training, subject to capability and fit. The introductory call helps us identify an appropriate next step.
