How iWasGonna™ protects your data & AI interactions.
We’re building iWasGonna™ to help humans use AI without getting creepy about it. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, what we share, and how you control it.
No data broker behavior
We do not sell personal information in the “data broker” sense.
No card storage
Payment details are handled by third-party processors; we don’t store your card details on our servers.
No secret training
We do not intentionally feed your private submissions into public model training.
Note: AI systems can be probabilistic (they “guess” based on patterns). We design features to reduce risk and avoid sensitive data collection unless explicitly required for a user-requested service.
1) Information we collect
When you use our site, create an account, purchase a product, or contact us, we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, email, account username, mailing address, phone number (when provided)
- Transaction basics: purchase history and billing metadata (payment details are handled by third-party processors)
- Usage data: IP address, browser/device data, pages viewed, clicks, time on page
- Communication data: what you send us via forms or email
2) How we use your information
- Deliver services: process orders, deliver products, manage accounts
- Support: respond to requests and troubleshoot issues
- Improve: analytics to improve performance, UX, and content
- Marketing: product updates and offers (you can opt out anytime)
- Security: prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
3) AI + automation disclosure
iWasGonna™ builds AI tools and guidance. Where we use automation or AI features (for example: personalization, support workflows, or performance analysis), we apply these rules:
- Minimum necessary data: we only use what’s needed to provide the feature.
- No secret training: we do not intentionally feed your private submissions into public model training.
- Third-party tools: if a feature relies on a vendor (hosting, analytics, email, payments), they only get data needed to perform their function.
- Human-in-the-loop: when a request needs human review (support, disputes, edge cases), a human can step in.
4) Data sharing & disclosures
We may share personal information only as needed for these categories:
- Service providers: payments, hosting, analytics, email delivery, support tooling
- Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety
- Business transfers: merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate protections)
5) Data security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect information. No internet system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we do take it seriously.
6) Your rights & how to use them
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (to prevent fraud / account takeover).
