1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3) Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable).
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend access if we believe your account is compromised or being used in violation of these Terms.
4) Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
If you purchase a product or subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Pricing, plan features, and billing intervals are described at the point of purchase and may change over time.
Refunds
Refund eligibility (if any) is described on the checkout page, purchase confirmation, or product page. Digital products and instant-access downloads may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
5) License & Intellectual Property
The Services and all included content (including templates, frameworks, text, graphics, and branding) are owned by iWasGonna, LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post paid materials unless a license explicitly allows it.
- You may not remove proprietary notices or branding.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction that violates our policies or harms performance.
- Using outputs to generate or distribute malware, phishing, or other abusive content.
7) AI Outputs & User Responsibility
Some parts of the Services may include AI-generated content, prompts, workflows, or suggestions (“Outputs”). Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
You agree that you will not represent AI Outputs as professional advice and that you will use reasonable judgment, testing, and verification before acting on them.
8) Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, email services, embedded content). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or privacy practices.
9) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee outcomes, revenue, performance results, or specific improvements. Results depend on your inputs, consistency, decisions, and context.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iWasGonna, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the previous 12 months, unless a different limitation is required by law.
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iWasGonna, LLC from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
