IWG Side Hustle™ Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

IWASGONNA, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“iWasGonna,” “we,” “us”), operates IWG Side Hustle™ (the “Service”). This policy covers personal information handled for membership accounts, billing, member tools, support, and Founder Access. Our separate general website privacy policy covers other website activity. For information handled specifically for membership, this policy explains our membership practices; third-party services have their own policies.

1. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email info@iwasgonna.com.

2. Information handled for membership

  • Account information: name, email address, username, and account credentials used to create and manage your account.
  • Billing information: Stripe processes payments and handles payment-method and transaction information. Depending on checkout requirements, this can include billing address and tax information. We receive records needed to identify your purchase, manage your subscription, and provide access. We do not store your full payment-card number.
  • Member content: answers, prompts, project details, files, and outputs you submit or save using the features you choose. Information sent directly to an external tool is also subject to that tool’s privacy practices.
  • Support and communications: messages, form submissions, scheduling correspondence, and information you provide when seeking help or making a privacy request.
  • Founder sessions: booking details and, when a session is recorded, your voice, image, and anything you say or show. Group sessions may be recorded with advance notice and shared only with eligible Founder Access members; we do not make them public. Private sessions are not recorded unless you and we both agree. Other attendees can see or hear what you share.
  • Technical records: information generated when you access the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, and account activity.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank-account numbers, passwords, health records, government IDs, or other sensitive information into prompts, projects, or session discussions. Payment information belongs only in the designated payment form. Share another person’s information only if you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and administer accounts; process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and receipts; provide the features you choose; answer support and privacy requests; run Founder sessions; maintain security; investigate abuse; troubleshoot problems; and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We may use service-usage information to understand and improve how the Service works.

We send account and service notices, including billing and material policy changes. Marketing email is sent if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the message’s unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a subscription or stop necessary account notices.

4. AI tools and external services

Some capabilities direct you to an external AI service; others may send your inputs to an AI provider to generate a response. The information processed depends on the tool you choose and what you submit. Review the identified provider’s terms and privacy notice before using that tool, especially before entering client or confidential information. External services may require a separate account or subscription.

Providers’ storage, retention, and model-training practices depend on the product, account type, and settings used. We do not promise that all AI providers have the same practices or that all submissions are excluded from model training. AI outputs can be inaccurate; review them before relying on them.

Access to member content for support, security, abuse prevention, or troubleshooting is limited to what is needed for those purposes. This policy does not authorize publication of your private submissions as testimonials or marketing.

5. Disclosures and service providers

We use service providers for payments, website hosting, account administration, email and communications, forms, business records, and the AI capabilities you choose. They handle the information needed for their respective functions. Stripe handles payments and billing. Our WordPress website uses Ultimate Member for accounts, FluentCRM for customer and email records, Fluent Forms for forms, and FluentSMTP for email delivery integration. These plugins run as part of the website; any external mail or other service connected to them also handles the information needed to provide that service. External AI services receive the content submitted to them as described in Section 4. Founder recordings are also shared with eligible Founder Access members as described in Section 2.

We may disclose information to professional advisers; when required by law; when necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights and safety; or in connection with a business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and browser controls

The member area uses cookies for login, session management, and essential website functions. Blocking these cookies can prevent account access or make features unavailable. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. External services you open may set their own cookies under their own policies.

7. Retention

We do not apply one fixed retention period to every category of information. We retain information according to its purpose, the duration of your account or relationship with us, support needs, security, legal and tax duties, and dispute-resolution requirements. Cancellation ends paid access at the end of your paid period; it does not automatically delete your account or related records.

You can request deletion as described below. Information may remain in backup copies until those copies are replaced or expire. Records required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained after cancellation or a deletion request. AI providers and other external services apply their own retention rules to information they receive.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Email info@iwasgonna.com to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

Requests are handled by a person. We assess information in our systems and connected services and explain any limits or legal exceptions that apply. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response with the reason for your appeal. We will explain any applicable further appeal or complaint options. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including rights to opt out of certain processing, those rights remain available. We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.

Deleting information needed to operate your account may prevent continued access. A privacy request and subscription cancellation are separate actions; tell us if you also want to cancel, and we will help. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

9. Security and incidents

No system is completely secure. Do not send passwords or sensitive information in support messages. If a security incident triggers a legal notification duty, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law. This policy does not promise particular security certifications, encryption methods, or authentication features.

10. Adults only

The Service is intended for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied information, email info@iwasgonna.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

11. Changes

For material changes, we will email your account address and post a member-area notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Smaller corrections that do not materially change our practices take effect when posted. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. The date above identifies the latest revision.
