IWG Side Hustle™ Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and IWASGONNA, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“iWasGonna,” “we,” “us”) for IWG Side Hustle™ (the “Service”). Please read these Terms before creating an account or purchasing a membership. You must accept them to subscribe. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Our Privacy Policy for the Service explains how we handle your information.
1. What the Service is
IWG Side Hustle™ is a members-only area with AI tools, guides, and resources. It helps members learn and apply AI for personal, work, and business goals. Starting a business or earning income is optional. Your membership includes the capabilities released for your plan; a roadmap or planned feature is not a promise of current availability. Use of the Service is at your own direction.
2. No promises of results
We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any income, savings, business result, or time saved. Examples are illustrations, not typical results. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and decisions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for checking it before you use it.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One membership covers one account. A business may buy a membership, but it does not give unlimited staff access; each account is for one named user. Do not share your login or resell access.
4. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly Membership | $49 per month | Every month until canceled |
| Annual Membership | $500 per year | Every year until canceled |
| Founder Access | $297 per month | Every month until canceled |
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. The amount due is shown at checkout before you authorize payment.
- Automatic renewal: Monthly Membership renews at $49 each month, Annual Membership at $500 each year, and Founder Access at $297 each month, unless you cancel or a price change takes effect under the notice rule below. Annual Membership is charged as one annual payment, not monthly installments. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the initial period and each renewal until cancellation. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge.
- We may change prices. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then. Your current price stays the same until that renewal, and an annual plan keeps its price until the end of the paid year.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
5. Founder Access
Founder Access includes everything in the membership, plus the benefits below. It does not unlock a different set of tools.
5.1 What is included
- One private 60-minute session with Brian Rubeo per monthly billing period.
- Access to one shared, live 60-minute group strategy and Q&A session per calendar month.
5.2 Limited availability Founder Access is limited to 50 paying members. When all seats are taken, you can join a waitlist by emailing info@iwasgonna.com. You are not charged for access that is not available.
5.3 Group session
- The group session is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern, for 60 minutes.
- It is a shared session, not an additional private coaching hour.
- Group sessions may be recorded. We will tell you in advance. Recordings are shared only with eligible Founder Access members and are not made public by us. A recording can include your voice, image, and anything you say or show. Do not record or redistribute sessions without permission, or share confidential client details. Other attendees can hear and see what you share; we cannot guarantee their conduct.
5.4 Private sessions
- To schedule a private session, email info@iwasgonna.com. We confirm a time by email.
- Private sessions focus on one or two priority challenges. They are not done-for-you business implementation.
- Private sessions are not recorded unless you and we both agree.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, that month’s private session counts as used. We may choose to make an exception.
- Unused private sessions do not roll over or accumulate to the next billing period.
- If we cancel or move a session, we will offer you a new time in the same billing period (or in the same calendar month for the group session). If a private session cannot be rescheduled within that period, it carries over once. No cash credit is given for this private-session carryover, except where required by law. If we cannot hold the monthly group session within that calendar month, we will provide an additional replacement group session the following calendar month; it does not replace that following month’s regular session.
5.5 Who the membership covers Founder Access can be bought by an individual or a business. It is one membership for one named user. It does not give unlimited staff seats, unlimited employee attendance, or unlimited private sessions.
5.6 Canceling and pausing
- Founder Access cancels the same way as any membership (Section 6). When your paid period ends, your Founder benefits and seat end.
- There is no pause. We do not hold a seat for you while you are canceled.
- Founder Access cannot be transferred or resold.
5.7 What Founder Access does not include
- Done-for-you builds or delivery.
- Unlimited private sessions, messages, or direct access.
- Emergency or on-demand access.
- Guaranteed revenue, customers, savings, rankings, or other results.
- Licensed legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Sessions are educational discussion, not professional advice.
- Third-party costs such as subscriptions, advertising, hosting, or API fees.
6. Canceling
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account page, or by emailing info@iwasgonna.com from your account email. If you cannot access that email address, contact us for help verifying your account. Submit your cancellation before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, monthly or annual. You keep access until that period ends; access then ends. Cancellation does not automatically prorate or refund the unused part of a paid period. Deleting an app, stopping use, or missing a session does not cancel your subscription.
7. Refunds
Payments are not automatically refundable. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To ask, email info@iwasgonna.com with your account email and the reason for your request. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, or your ability to dispute an unauthorized charge.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry your payment method up to 8 times over about 2 weeks. Your access continues while renewal retries are in progress. An unsuccessful initial payment does not grant paid access. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your access ends. You can update your payment method in your billing portal at any time.
9. Changing plans
Plan changes during a billing period are not available. To switch plans, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new plan once your current paid period ends.
10. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law with the Service; copy, scrape, or redistribute our content or tools except as permitted in Section 11; share or resell your login; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; use the Service to create content that is deceptive, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
11. Our content and your content
We or our licensors retain ownership of the Service, its tools, guides, templates, systems, and branding, including iWasGonna™ and IWG Side Hustle™. During an active membership, your named user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the released capabilities for personal use, internal business work, and legitimate paid client work. You may deliver client-specific outputs you create. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, repackage, or white-label the underlying toolkit, builders, internal instructions, or reusable IWG materials. Specific third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
You retain whatever rights you hold in the content you submit. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your original work or outputs you create, excluding our pre-existing materials and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for permission to use your inputs and for reviewing outputs before using or delivering them.
You give us limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display your submissions as needed to provide the features you choose and handle support, security, and abuse prevention, as described in the membership Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorize us to publish your private submissions as marketing or testimonials.
12. Third-party tools and AI providers
The Service may link to or work with third-party tools (including AI providers). Separate accounts, subscriptions, or fees may be required and are not included unless expressly stated. Their terms, privacy practices, and availability apply when you use them. Review those terms before sharing information. We do not control their services.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tools, resources, and Founder sessions do not replace qualified legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
15. Ending your access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. If we permanently end your membership without a breach by you, we will cancel future renewals and refund the unused portion of your current paid period, calculated in proportion to the time remaining. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will email you at your account address and post a notice in the member area at least 30 days before it takes effect. Smaller changes, such as corrections and clarifications that do not materially reduce your rights or benefits, take effect when we post them. Updates do not retroactively change the terms applicable to an existing dispute. We will obtain additional consent when required by law. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the update. If you do not agree to a material change, you can cancel before it takes effect under Section 6.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights to another law or forum, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts in Indiana that have jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim that applicable law protects.
